Target: Abs

How To: 

  • On an uncarpeted floor, get into push-up position placing a towel under your feet
  • Engage your abs and then slowly slide your knees toward your chest
  • 3 sets, 10 reps

Daily Gratitude: lovely, unseasonable weather; watching one of my Kinders comforting a crying classmate (NO! I didn’t make him cry!)
