Stability Ball Leg Lifts

Target: Lower abs

How to: 

  • Place the ball between your ankles and squeeze
  • Engage your abs by pressing your lower back to the floor
  • Lift the ball to a 90° angle working slowly
  • Lower to 45° angle again moving slowly
  • 15 reps, 2 sets
