The Long Green Mile

The colors of the wetlands grasses are changing. In spring they are a lemon-yellow, in summer a vibrant green. Now there’s a just a tinge of yellow on the tips which you can’t quite see in this photo. Today’s high is only going to be 69°–not complaining, just sayin’.

*Important Note: Pardon the blurry photos lately. In St. Martin I dropped my camera and am agonizing over the fact that I: 1. need to send it off to be repaired 2. need to buy a new one :(

    • Thanks, Tori. YES, I seemed to have had more energy today with the cooler weather. I did sympathize with you guys this summer–I don’t know if I could have handled it–especially the humidity!!
