Just a few months ago, I shot some photos of Silver Queen Jersey Corn. The sun shone through the green blades, giving off a bright green glow, its promise permeating the fields. Now  with leaves desiccated and dry, the remaining corn, brittle and brown, will be used as fodder for livestock and autumnal decorations for homes.

  1. We had our first cold night yesterday and I turned the heater on… Yes, I love the seasonal changes.. Yeah, I hate the heating bills… Yesterday, I was reminded that our heating bill will soon be double what we paid this summer… so is the down side of fall and winter… I still love the changes. 🙂
