This photo is sheer deception–off to the left of the tipi is the Hualapai Skywalk and . . . several hundred tourists. I had to wait for the right moment when there was (surprisingly, pleasantly) no one around. I rather like the sepia photo although I should have spent time with more post-processing to effect an old, colorized postcard. Perhaps I still will.

  1. Make it three votes for the sepia version. There are probably some simple Photoshop filters you could add to make it look even more old-fashioned. Your post reminds me that I need to think out of the box and experiment with black and white more. Thanks.
