Weekly Photo Challenge: Lines II

Atlantic City Lighthouse at Gardiners Basin

Today we will be standing, waiting in many lines: the airline window, the TSA security line, the line to board, the car rental line. Waiting in lines is inevitable. We once waited in line for a delayed flight for 2 1/2 hours only to be told later that the flight would be canceled. But here we are on vacation–our anticipation of what we will see at the Grand Canyon greater than what could be growing impatience. Why bother?
